"It would have been nice to be informed that the gym was not available for the duration of our stay prior to our arrival. (although they said we could use the gym on their other hotel, it was not a feasible solution. The staff was nice, the location was perfect, the room was clean, the rooftop pool was nice and quiet (apart from when one family decided to let their children run wild, then we and others had to leave as it became too much on the other people there). Breakfast had a good variety and was very tasty. The tapioca was not very well made, but made the cook just needs more practice, nothing major. Overall a very nice stay and I'd be happy to come back"

"What I liked most about my stay was definitely the amazing staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always available whenever we needed anything. We felt very welcomed and well taken care of throughout our entire stay. Their kindness and willingness to help truly made a difference and made our experience even more enjoyable. The wonderful service was definitely one of the highlights of our stay!"
