O hotel é muito bonito e bem localizado. A vista da praia é extraordinária. Fomos bem atendidos, porém o estacionamento do hotel é pequeno para a quantidade de hóspedes, meu marido levou quase 30 minutos procurando vaga na rua e para quem está viajando 30 minutos perdidos atoa é muita coisa. Fomos na primeira semana de dezembro e o hotel estava muito movimentado. O café da manhã é de boa qualidade e bem variado. Em uma nova oportunidade de retornar a Maceió me hospedaria no hotel novamente.

As instalações são muito antigas. No quarta em que fiquei hospedado a cortina da janela estava caindo, o banheiro estava com a pia entupida e o Box do chuveiro com sujeira. Fiquei bem decepcionado. Ponto negativo: Não repuseram o frigobar e nem os snacks antes do nosso checkin. Não tinha quase nada no frigobar e nada de snacks. Café da manhã salvou a estadia. Quando fiz a reserva me informaram que seria um quarto com janela que dava para ver a praia não era de frente para o mar, mas dava a entender que tinha ventilação vindo da janela que daria para uma outra rua.Porém quando chegamos ao quarto a janela dava para um fosso cheio de ar condicionado. Eu nunca fiquei em um quarto tão abafado, com cheiro de mofo, sem nenhuma ventilação, o banheiro também tinha a janela para o mesmo fosso, banheiro encardido, tinha mofo na janela. A iluminação tanto do quarto quanto do banheiro é péssima, não dava nem para se maquiar direito e dava ainda mais sensação de calabouço, como era desagradável ficar no quarto, chegou me dar mal estar. Decepcionada com o hotel.
