"This place is a dated and in need of a good renovation. But not horrible. The bed was comfortable and nicely made with a nice supply of towels. The breakfast was great during the weekend but there is less to select from during the week. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful and there was no problem with parking."

"We had the end room with a bedroom with ensuite bathroom, pullout sofa next to the balcony windows, kitchen and 2nd bathroom. My husband and I had the bedroom and our adult son, who was vacationing with us, was happy with the sofabed and having his own bathroom. The view (3rd floor) was beautiful. Overlooks the pool and beach and the balcony is large enough to sit and have coffee, drinks or just read. We talked to many fishermen (& ladies) while on our beach walks who were happy to tell us all about what they caught (or didn't catch!). Everyone was very friendly. We shopped for some groceries at the Publix across the road, got some clothes at the Bealls outlet and even a t-shirt from the Dollar General - all conveniently close. Lottie Belles was recommended to us for supper and it was very good, large portions and reasonably priced. All in all, a very nice place to stay. "

"The property was located on a nice stretch of beach. The parking was convenient. We were in a third floor unit. My partner had to open our door as I could not get it to work. . There was only a rather sorry hot plate and no stove. We had to report the broken coffee maker but once we found someone it was replaced. We appreciated the walk in shower and tiny balcony. Unfortunately the elevator was not working at times although once reported it was fixed. The complex was older with signs of wear . There was no on site presence so quick responses were not available."
