The hotel is a bit dated in the rooms. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was always good and plentiful. Cleaning was poor, never vacuumed in five days, tables were left dirty, sheets never changed. Also there was mold on the window sills and my allergies acted up. A bit pricey for this ...

De Vere Cotswold Water Park
The room was lovely, really comfortable bed. We used the spa which was nice. The breakfast was delicious, lots to choose from. All of the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. We would 100% reccomend a visit to this hotel.

Cheltenham Chase Hotel & Spa
Very nice room, extremely comfortable bed. Breakfast buffet had a really good range of options and meals in the bar were convenient and tasty.
