Sunshine Cottage settles a quiet cul-de-sac just 15 minutes from the heart of Padstow's town centre and postcard perfect harbour, offering two lovely bedrooms along with its own gardens and parking.
Set over two floors, the cottage is light, bright and utterly comfortable, and provides guests with everything they could need to enjoy a lovely break. On the ground floor a super living room invites you to unwind after days spent out and about exploring the area. A convivial kitchen/diner means you can cook, play board games and dine together, and on warm days you can relax in the cottage's private gardens where a decked patio and outdoor dining set create a terrific spot for enjoying meals in the fresh air. Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms—one with a luxurious king size bed and the other with comfortable twin beds, as well as a well-equipped family bathroom with walk-in shower.

Bed & bedding need improving.
Lounge , kitchen, bathroom & outside space excellent.

Nice property well equipped
On the whole good but very creaky floorboards upstairs in bedroom which disturbed other guest in the night.

Brilliant property, good location.
Fantastic property, very clean and beautiful decorated. It is well stocked with equipment. It has a secure back garden with decking and grass. Ideal for our dog. There is outdoor seating in the garden and it is private. The property is in good location not to near the Town centre but you can easily walk into the Town. I Highly recommend this property.
