The property itself is beautiful—charming Venetian architecture, elegant interiors, and thoughtful touches everywhere you look. The location couldn’t be more perfect. Tucked away just enough to feel peaceful, yet only steps from gorgeous canals, cafés, and some of the city’s best sights. Waking up to the sound of the water and enjoying breakfast by the canal felt straight out of a movie. My room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, blending modern comfort with classic Venetian style. The bed was incredibly cozy, the bathroom spacious, and the views… absolutely stunning. What truly sets this hotel apart is the service. Every staff member I encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to help—whether it was offering local recommendations, arranging transportation, or simply greeting me with a smile. They made my experience feel personal and special. I left Venice already dreaming of my next visit, and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. "Clean room, staff was so nice, breakfast (not included) was delicious with tons of options, overall great stay! A bit of a walk from the main areas but we enjoyed walking along the canal and streets so didn’t mind it. Close to the train station and to the Guglie ferry stop (from the airport). Nice, quiet hotel. The hotel upgraded us for our honeymoon and included a bottle of champagne. "

"Location was very convenient. It's right across the Mestre train station. Bus stop to/from the airport and Venice is also in front of the hotel. Not so beautiful ambient around the hotel (next to the station), however we didn't worried about it since the bus stop is less than 1min by foot. Our triple room was very spacious. The building itself was a bit aged, but the room was very cleaned. Receptionists were nice and friendly. The breakfast was pretty good and wide selections. "
