"Facilities and staff met and exceeded all expectations. Did not use laundry or gym. The pool and spa area was very inviting "

"Rooms were not ready and continued to not be ready until 10:30pm. Staff disappeared with no answers. Told us to go eat and upon return still didn’t have rooms ready. As rooms became available, one room had a lock issue and someone entered my employees room while she was in the shower and we had to call security. "
