"We were very excited about this getaway, and this establishment certainly lived up to our expectations. We stayed in the Julia room, which offered an absolutely stunning view of the ocean through its large windows. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here, with one minor exception: there were no refreshments provided during wine time. In our experience at other bed and breakfasts in Pacific Grove, cheese and other refreshments are typically offered with wine. Additionally, the room we occupied did not have a refrigerator, although a small cooler was kindly provided to accommodate our needs. The architectural details of this building are truly outstanding. We absolutely loved our stay at Seven Gables and anticipate returning in the near future."
