"The lightrail was on the side of the hotel we stayed, it was extremely loud until midnight. We could hear someone pushing what we thought was a cart loudly repeatedly through the hotel throughout the night. Got about 2 hours of sleep. "

"Shower only had cold water, older looking rooms in need of an update, not enough pillows and pillows were small. Toilet roll fixture was broken. Was charged extra once we arri ed at the hotel to stay in the main wing of the hotel (this extra charge wasn't advertised on Expedia anywhere, so it was surprisingly when the front desk informed us that would be the case."

"It’s a Motel 6. I slept ok. Wasn’t too loud. Felt safe. Convenient to airport. Door to outside didn’t close completely, bathroom sink very slow to drain. Had issues for my taste however, I booked there. "

"Absolute bare minimum hotel experience. We got stuck on the first floor which is actually a mildewed basement. The hot water lasted about 3 minutes. It's a relatively safe and convenient airport hotel, but the linens, surfaces, service, and food is minimum acceptable standard for the brand. As long as you know that you'll be good."

"Staff were really helpful and awesome….. and we needed to cancel our second night and they made sure we got a complete refund. They were super helpful and friendly. Also, you get a voucher for the breakfast for 20 bucks per person which was really nice so our breakfast cost us very little!!!! we enjoyed our stay all around in the art displays are really incredible"
