"We were relieved at checked in it was quickly processed and we were acknowledged promptly, Went into our with nice and cleam."

"The room we were initially placed in was filthy and smelled like an ashtray. The only good thing about the hotel was staff was helpful and assigned us a new room. The new room was acceptable only because we were only sleeping there and not spending anytime at the hotel. This hotel seemed like a transient hotel. This hotel was subpar, dirty and has seen better days…twenty years ago!"

"I can’t honestly rate this hotel because I missed my flight and Expedia, this hotel and American Airlines first to reschedule my flight which was for an important milestone in my son’s life his graduation ceremony for the military. I am extremely disappointed and angry with my whole experience. For me now to be out not only on missing this important event I am out the money because they now refuse to give me a refund do not use Expedia to book they say it’s up to the hotel and the airline and then those says it’s up to Expedia I don’t care who it’s up to someone needs to give me a refund! I will never book through them again"

"The front staff was friendly with the check in and check out process. The room.was very clean and the hot continental breakfast was a great way to start the day."

"We love staying at Kingsgate! The rooms are always clean, spacious, and reflective of the area. The only downside is that it is a timeshare property so they will try to rope you into a seriously high pressure sales pitch."

"Definitely an older motel, but kept in good condition. Fairly basic, no daily housekeeping, but if you needed anything, all you had to do was ask at the front desk. Sean was wonderful!!!"
