"This was our 3rd winter stay at the Carriage House and it was excellent as always. The kitchen has everything one needs to have meals, plenty of space in bedrooms for everyone, and with 3 bathrooms we never had an issue. Beds were very comfortable. We really enjoy walking in the neighborhood, going to view ponies, and getting ice cream, which are all easy to do from the house. The dog park down the road is perfect for letting my dog have some free play. We really enjoy the gas fireplace while bing watching Harry Potter for a family Christmas tradition. Thank you for having us again. "

"Excellent location, clean and well stocked. Great views in a quiet neighborhood. Pier is great for fishing and crabbing. Texts to property manager responses were immediate, even in the evening. Short drive to restaurants, shops, and Assateague Island. Highly recommend a boat tour to see the ponies, birds, and porpoise. "

"Very clean and well appointed, excellent location. Screened in porch was great for mosquito-free meals. Fire pit is a very nice touch. Communication from host was excellent before, during, and after our stay. Highly recommend this for your vacation rental. "
