"The room was clean, the staff was wonderful, the breakfast was different only because they take your order from a preset list , which was more than OK and delivered to your room at your set time starting at 7am. Parking was good close to entry's. Horse coral near by .. yea."

"Room was fairly clean and beds were comfortable. No evidence of bedbugs. Location is good for food and activities. Generally old and rundown. Needs restoration. Not handicapped friendly. No grab bars, no rails up step to room. Says pet friendly but charges even for service dog. Staff not friendly. No marijuana allowed on premises even if you have medical card. "

"We loved the view and location of the house. Close to shops, restaurants and a short drive to the wildlife refuge and beach. The hot tub at sunset was very relaxing! We would stay again. "

"This is a lovely house in the most beautiful locations on Chincoteague Bay. The layout of the house was perfect for us (grandparents on the bottom floor in the master bedroom, each grandchild and her parents in one of the rooms upstairs), and the house is situated on a lovely lot right on the water with a sturdy dock. We were there for a nor'easter and the closing of the causeway bridge, and although we had water up to and under the house, we felt safe the entire time. We never lost power and the VRBO company stayed in touch we us the entire time. They even sent someone out to check on the septic system because it was under a foot of water (it held up fine). "

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location and house are great. The furniture needs to be upgraded, especially the kitchen table and the outdoor furniture on the screened-in porch and front porch. The front porch also needs paint."
