"Clean"

"We loved our stay. It is in walking distance to the Ark Encounter and less than a minute from Route 75. While the rooms are slightly outdated, the rooms are clean. Also, there is evidence that they are updating as much as possible. We had a nice stay and have fond memories of our visit. "

"The room smelled like maple syrup. There is something that concerns us when there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Overall the hotel was good but the stomping of the feet from the room above us was pathetic and the dude snoring next door was rattling. Things to think about. "

"They are going through a remodel, so the mess is understandable. But no one told us no one was going to bring towels, etc. In fact, we were given a sheet that said if we didn't want staff changing linens, bringing fresh towels, emptying trash, to put the do not disturb sign on the door. We were also given an envelope to leave a tip in. But when we didn't have any towels after the second day we went to the desk to get some towels and they told us the staff wasn't going to rooms anymore. Felt like we should have been told that up front."
