My only complaint is that I was turned away with a small group of 3 friends that were going to rest during the carnival for an hour or so. I was told that I was not allowed to have ANY guests in the apartment. This policy was not explicitly stated in the listing and it came as kind of a surprise and a disappointment. "

"The very first contact was so rude saying that in Brazil i should only speak Portuguese ! The receptionist was sleeping in the same room and at the point at 11 in the morning i got a phone call. And he strated to insult me and hit the walls !!! Incredible !!! "

Upon arrival found few minor issues with the room which was sorted out by the staff they were very courteous They attended to all my requests during my stay of 11 days There is shops and restaurants on your doorsteps. I will recommend this property to all my friends Only downside is if your inside during the daytime there is building work next door which can be disturbing "

"Quarto limpo e cheiroso, lojas e salões ao redor, cozinha, toalhas, tudo muito bem equipado. Tem um mercadinho dentro do prédio mesmo, assim que cheguei já consegui me acomodar. Localização boa. Gostei bastante da minha estadia, estava com um certo receio, mas deu tudo certo! Foi excelente, quarto muito bom, andar bom, prédio bom! Apenas o wifi que não estava funcionando pelo menos pra mim, e se tivesse opção de café da manhã em algum lugar seria muito bom, e claro o checkout um pouco mais...
