Seemed somewhat disorganised. Parking garage very limited, door not working when I was there. Difficult to get a comfortable/stable room temperature for some reason. Not impressed, don't really understand the glowing reviews. To each his/her own maybe?

It was a very nice room but when advertised on Expedia it said that the hotel had a gym but it didn't which was very disappointing.

I was there on Oct. 13th and 14th 2023. Excellent location, very clean and comfortable. We got some coupons at the reception for the restaurant, so with the coupons we paid only total of $7 for breakfast for 3 people (including juice/coffee). An average price of a brekfast sandwich was $9. Very good. My only "complain" is the parking. While there are some parking spaces outside and some spaces in the underground garage it was somewaht difficult to park (the spaces are very tight). Parking fee was $15 per night. Overall great place to stay and I would highly recommend it.

Well located in Old Hull
Clean and spacious room with large windows however, the soundproofing between floors is very poor and with laminate flooring, all steps and movement are echoed on the accommodation below. If noise sensitive, beware. Check out prompt but unfriendly.

I loved the suite. Spacious, clean and feela like a condo. Great proximity to downtown ottawa. My only complaints are the listing of a gym that doesnt exist, and that parking is $15/night. If i knew i would have booked elsewhere but w/e. Still a nice place.

Very easy accessible to Ottawa sight-seeing spots. Just in less than 10 mins drive Paid Parking ($15 per night) Breakfast options are not so good.

The rooms are new, modern and very well equipped. There was cleaning service everyday. Since we stayed the weekend, we were able to park on the street for free. We would definitely stay here again.

Very clean. The bathroom needs hungers for towels. One of the lights was not working, I bring it to the front desk attention the first day of our stay. They didn't fixed. Not friendly and welcoming the guests.The sink in the bathroom was plugged. I was going to give this place a 5 stars, but this few things changed my mind. The owner of the place needs to keep a close eye on it. I feel sorry for him with all the effort he did to make it very nice. I will definitely recommend.

I did not like the fact that there is No Free Parking. You have to pay 15$ per night for Parking. Over all very nice, beautiful and clean hotel with very good staff.

We had a king suite - literally felt like we had our own apartment! It is very well designed, spacious and has all kitchen amenities (minus a coffee maker). The hotel even provided us with a $5 breakfast voucher per guest to use on our checkout date. There is a small restaurant in the hotel; it was okay but does not offer any breakfast plates (eggs, meat, potatoes, etc). Also, the check-in and checkout times indicated on Expedia (4pm and 12pm) are incorrect; the true check-in and checkout times are 3pm and 11am). All in all, loved this hotel and would definitely come back.

What a hidden Gem! Les Suites Victoria gets my vote for any stays in the Ottawa / Hull area. Very close walk to Ottawa and attractions, The hotel staff were great upon check-in. The room was large, clean, and airy. Morning breakfast was delicious and resonably priced. We will return!!

The room is in a good condition with kitchen. The staff, especially the breakfast area, he is super nice. Their parking is a bit inconvenient. It is on the other side of the street. We have to drag all the suitcases to cross street and the parking place has many rocks (I was concerned about tires as I didn't drive SUV this time).
