Our room was clean and comfortable and had all of the things a family of 5 would need. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was good and had a lot of options. My family really enjoyed swimming in the pool. The location was very convenient to restaurants and shopping, and of course, the state parks. We would definitely come back!

Everything was great! Beds very compfortable, Clean rooms, nice breakfast in the morning. Quiet hotel. Will definately stay there again.

The staff were helpful and the place is clean. It had one of the better free breakfasts we have ever had at a hotel. One complaint is noise from outside at night ; something running.

Overnight in Ottawa
Everything was great. The check-in clerk was very friendly. Only complaint were the scrambled eggs. They looked terrible and over cooked.

Happy to be Back Again
I booked this because I had stayed here a year ago and had a very good experience. This time was even better! It looked newer than a year ago! Very well maintained with comfortable and roomy layout, bed, bath, etc. Oh, forgot that the coffee iin the lobby wasn’t hot at 9:30 pm. I’m a late coffee drinker and that was a disappointment, though they offered to make a fresh pot.

Nice modern hotel. Sadly our room had issues. The bathroom door would not latch. The sink would not drain well which caused the previous guest's beard shavinga to come up. There wasn't enough TP.

Your hotel was very clean and new. The desk staff member was terrific -- efficient, friendly, helpful. The room was nicely turned out and very clean. All in all, we liked everything!
