From check-in to checkout the front desk staff was great suggesting restaurants and also answering our questions. Not usually a big fan of hotel breakfasts but this hotel’s was exceptional. MANY options and also VERY well kept and stocked with a lot of options. GREAT costa coffee.

Disappointed - room was rundown and the bathroom was not clean. There were dark marks on the wall that I am sure were not poo but looked like poo, the toilet handle was worn with missing paint/finish, and the entire floor pan of the shower was stained. The breakfast was good though!

Every staff member we encountered was SO friendly! The young man and woman at the front desk, breakfast staff-the tall man and shot woman (she said the staff calls her “Shortie” were all lovely! So many times at hotels, the staff acts like the guests are a bother, but this staff all behaved as though they were happy to be there. So refreshing! The coffee-brewed to order 24/7 was wonderful. Room was clean and comfortable. No complaints!

Our room was wonderful (shower floor could of had some good scrubbing). The breakfast lady “Shorty” was very friendly and gave the best hugs. Our first night Friday night the guy at front desk was very kind also. There was a lot of kids running the halls on the third floor for over and hour about 10pm very loud. But we slept good
