"Excellent service, great staff, great rooms and amenities, great breakfast service, good transit connections and tourist attractions close by. Awesome for the price. Not common to find something this good for the price with all that's included."

"Hotel was very nice and in the convenient location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. One thing I would like to mention is inconvenience of not having an accessible room with two queen beds only with one king bed. This is very specific situation and doesn't take away all the positive feedback about the hotel. The restaurant onsite was really good with breakfast menu. We didn't try the dinner but the menu looked very good "

"Great location. Close to Rideau Centre, Byward Market restaurants, shopping and bars/pubs. Walkable to just about anywhere. Clean and comfy rooms. Beds were amazingly comfortable which made for a good sleep. "
