"My wife an I had an amazing time at this ryokan. The facilities, hospitality and food are all worth 5 stars. As soon as we came in we were greeted with a delicious snack. The check in process was very simple and after a tour of the facility we were out enjoying the multiple onsen facilities. There are several baths areas. There are 2 traditional outdoor areas for women and men. There are 2 private bath area, both with an indoor and outdoor baths. And then there are 2 rooftop baths in the new building that was added 2 years ago. We booked a traditional Japanese room which was very comfortable and had a nice view of Mt Yufu. The food was outstanding . We had breakfast and dinner 2 days in a row and every dish was delicious and unique. The hospitality was outstanding, very attentive and they took care of every detail. "
