"Excellent front desk ladies for helping out with any questions. Location is quite convenient with eateries, shopping malls, parks, and mountain(forest) trails. Parking was easy too."

"Staff is excellent, laundry is good but only 1 washer and dryer. Breakfast is Ramon noodles, cereal, toast and coffee. Room was very clean and u get 4 bottles of water every 2 days free. Bathroom, shower was good. Enjoyed our stay."

"Great hotel and friendly staff, but location is a drawback Staz Hotel Premier Dongtan is a great hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The lobby-level convenience shop is a big plus and very handy during the stay. The rooms and overall facilities were comfortable and well maintained. The main downside is the location. It’s quite far from Seoul city, and while the accommodation is reasonably priced, the savings are quickly offset by Uber/taxi costs. Tours also don’t offer pick-up from the hotel or the Dongtan area, which makes sightseeing less convenient. Breakfast was okay, but there’s room for improvement—more fruit options and better-quality coffee would make a big difference. Overall, a good hotel if you need to stay in the Dongtan area, but not ideal if you plan to spend a lot of time in Seoul or rely on tours."

"Pros: 1. The rooms are big, comparatively much bigger than other places. 2. The restaurant is excellent. We ate dinner and enjoyed the buffet breakfast. Both were great quality. 3. The grounds are lovely and great for a stroll on a sunny day. Cons: 1. The rooms are very dated and shabby. 2. There are no extra creature comforts in the rooms. We are a family of four and there were 2 double beds and four pillows total in the room. When we asked for some additional pillows we were told that they do not provide any additional bedding. There was a kettle in the room, but no tea bags, coffee sachets etc. There were only 2 full sized towels in the room for 4 people. 3. There is an additional fee to use the hotel pool (20,000) which isn’t advertised on this platform. I wish I had known about this before booking. You are also required to wear a swim cap in the pool, which are an additional 6,000 to purchase if you don’t have one on hand. All in all an ok stay, I think the pros outweighed the cons for us, largely to do with the price which was quite affordable. "

"Great room and staff. There was one issue: in my room, when you press the buttons to turn on lights, some of the lights made a high-pitched noise when they were on. That’s it though. Cleaning staff did an amazing job!"
