"This is definitely a hotel I would return to on my next trip to Korea! The room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, with a different menu every day, which I really appreciated. The only minor inconvenience was that the swimming pool required a reservation and had limited hours, but I plan to book it in advance next time. All the staff were incredibly kind and explained everything in detail, which made the stay even more pleasant. The parking lot is spacious, and the elevators are easy to access, so getting around the building is very convenient. One of the biggest advantages is that the hotel building itself has many restaurants and fun spaces for kids, along with great amenities like a convenience store, hospital, and pharmacy—all in the same building, so you don’t have to go far. The surrounding area is quiet since it’s mostly office buildings. If you don’t have a car, I highly recommend using the hotel shuttle—it makes getting to nearby stations and bus stops very easy and comfortable. Since we stayed for a week, the laundry facilities were a huge plus. They have both washers and dryers, and everything worked perfectly—plus they use Samsung machines, which was great. Overall, we had a wonderful stay without a single inconvenience. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and plan to stay here again on my next trip to Korea!"

"This is the second time I stayed here for over a week. And the service has been consistently great. In particular, their housekeeping staff makes sure to prepare the room to your preferences. The bed linens go through a hot wash and are comfortable. The standard room size is generous and the suite is even nicer with a microwave included. They also provide free laundry use for all guests, and the checkout time is relaxed at noon. Compared to the other hotels in Pangyo, it’s less crowded and the stream right in front is nicer than the parks on the west side. You have many eating options near the Hyundai or even closer, is AK Plaza. (The food court is hidden downstairs at the subway level.) There is some traffic noise in the area, as I’m finding more of in Seoul this year. Also, I had an issue with the air conditioning not cooling the room and an issue with the entry light but they promptly fixed both. I wasn’t expecting they could, so that was great. "

"Great hotel and friendly staff, but location is a drawback Staz Hotel Premier Dongtan is a great hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The lobby-level convenience shop is a big plus and very handy during the stay. The rooms and overall facilities were comfortable and well maintained. The main downside is the location. It’s quite far from Seoul city, and while the accommodation is reasonably priced, the savings are quickly offset by Uber/taxi costs. Tours also don’t offer pick-up from the hotel or the Dongtan area, which makes sightseeing less convenient. Breakfast was okay, but there’s room for improvement—more fruit options and better-quality coffee would make a big difference. Overall, a good hotel if you need to stay in the Dongtan area, but not ideal if you plan to spend a lot of time in Seoul or rely on tours."

"The hotel was very clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly. They even helped me receive a food delivery at the hotel, which was a huge help. I was a little concerned it might be noisy since it’s close to the train station, but it turned out to be very quiet and peaceful. The bed and bathroom were both spotless and well maintained. It’s also about a 5-minute walk to the subway station, and there are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, which was a big plus."
