Easy to access (metro station) and room is bigger than expectation. Staff are more international, so friendly for foreign visitors. Equipment is old but clean and totally no complain.

As a vegetarian from Scandinavia there wasn't much to choose from at breakfast. I guess they are not used to Nordic travellers, because normally I'd expect there to be fruit, waffles, granola and freshly baked bread at a hotel breakfast buffe, but I pretty much had toast woth butter eaxh day. The staff doesn't speak english, but they are friendly and help if you use google translate on your mobile phone. The rooms were fine. A little mold on the shower curtain, but good standard other from that. It had an AC, modern bath room and the amenities I needed. It is located near the metro station but I would probably go for a different area next time. Nothing scetchy about it, just more fun in americamura or similar.

The location is extremely convenient, the pricing is affordable, and there were a few kind and helpful staff members at the reception. However, the cleanliness of the room was very disappointing. Upon entering, there was clearly trash on the floor, and a strong sewage smell lingered in the bathroom. Several strands of hair, presumably from the previous guest, were stuck in the bathroom, and red mold was noticeable as well, giving the whole space an unhygienic impression. It seemed as though the bathroom walls and tub had not been properly cleaned—just quickly rinsed with water. The sink drained poorly, and every time I used it, the water pooled up and eventually backflowed into the bathtub, bringing with it a large amount of grime, which made me feel nauseated. When I touched the remote control for the air conditioner, it felt sticky, so I wiped down items in the room with sanitizing wipes before using them. Furthermore, for guests staying multiple nights, there was no room cleaning at all, and the room environment was never improved during the stay. From a hygiene standpoint, I felt the hotel did not meet even the minimum standards expected by Japanese guests. During my five-night stay, there were often groups of tourists (around five people) occupying the lobby sofas, speaking in very loud voices in a language other than Japanese. Every time I entered or exited the hotel, I felt uneasy and unsettled. There were no visible efforts by staff to address the noise, and whil

The cleaning before arrival is honestly one of the main complaints I have: I booked the room well over a week in advance and upon arrival we checked in, went to our room (which is very small by the way) checked the beds for cleanliness and it was fine and then I checked the bathroom and in the tub there was pubic hair and the toilet dried up Pee with a pubic hair on top. I went ahead and cleaned it up myself because I was exhausted from the flight and didn’t want to argue with the staff considering other reviewers say they don't take complaints very well. Musty smelling elevators, Strong musty smell inside the room too- Otherwise if you want a fast stay (Dont expect much BUT that) by all means go ahead, if you want something nicer I’d say you’re better off else where.
