What we liked - the staff was friendly and accommodating, it’s in a very convenient area for walking to nearby attractions, and the price was attractive
What we didn’t like - the staff couldn’t really speak Japanese or English, the floor around our futon had tiny jumping dark bugs and we had to change rooms, the rooms are very small and the interior design doesn’t have the same attention to details as other hotels in Japan, the room was missing many amenities most Japanese hotels have like toothbrushes and hairbrushes, and there’s a huge security risk where all the hotel rooms have the same passcode so you can only secure your belongings and self by locking the door from the inside
