高齢者用マンションのリノベ物件ですが、内装はほとんど改装されておらず、ホテルとしての雰囲気はありません。その分部屋は広めでいいのですが、価格には見合ってないかも。新幹線が真横を走っており、騒音も気になりました。

梅田から歩いて10分くらいのホテル

安価だったのですが、新しくて綺麗でとても良かったです。出張に使用しました。繁華街から少し離れているので、夜はとても静かでした。

梅田に近くて便利、部屋も清潔

梅田には徒歩15分でいけます。立地場所は横に新幹線が通っていますが、比較て静かなところなので、非常に近くて便利です。部屋も清潔で、シャワーもカギを借りれば24時間使用できます。 部屋の窓を開けると音がするのが気になりましたが、それ以外は快適でした。

老人ホームのホテル

老人ホームをホテルにしているのが明らか。バリアフリーなのはいいのだろうが、部屋のドアが引き戸だったり、トイレ／バスのつくりなどがまるで病院に入院したかのよう。駅からも離れているのに、宿泊料が高すぎると感じた。

新しくて綺麗なだけ。到着時のレセプションも時間がかかる。大きいお風呂も時間制限あり。小さい方はお湯が出なくて、整備確認不足。TVもつかなかった。値段の割に部屋は広いが二度と使いたくない

恩...有會說中文的櫃檯人員。但清潔度有待加強，因為清潔人員是外包的原因，所以...住到後來都長了疹子。洗髮精不適合油性髮質的人，旁邊有軌道，到凌晨12點多甚至是一點多都會聽到火車經過的聲音。優點是房間坪數較大阪中央區大，有可以煮東西的地方，但沒有煮東西的鍋子、筷子、碗，只適合煮泡麵，但是大阪好吃的東西太多了，要可憐到吃泡麵應該是雨下太大懶得出門才有可能。

駅から少し歩くが、価格に対して十二分な広さがあって疲れを癒すことができた。部屋風呂は家のお風呂と同じ作りで使い勝手が良く清潔。非常に快適だった。 バスタオルの臭いが少し気になった。できれば改善してほしい。 欲を言えば、せっかくキッチンが付いているのだから鍋があると嬉しかった。多少割り増しでもいいのでレイトチェックアウトがあるとなお良い。

Very clean but a bit far from city center. Our room is very big and comfortable with a small kitchen. Breakfast is tasteful and coffee is great. Hotel people are nice and friendly. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

広々な空間、バリアフリーも対応！

きれいで清潔、3階までしかありませんがお部屋も共有スペースも広々。全てバリアフリー対応でした。(もともとはケアハウス？)最寄りの駅、中津駅からは歩いて10分以内。ホテルに自販機などはありませんが、近くにコンビニがあります。お部屋はちょっと壁が薄めかもしれませんが、静かな夜を過ごせました。あとは大浴場や礼拝室もあり、ハラル対応ラーメン屋さんの紹介など気遣いもありました。

どこかで見たことのあるようなバリアフリーのホテル

添付した画像のとうり、どうみても介護リハビリ施設？の形をしています。「入居者さんの作品」みたいのが飾ってありますが、現在はホテルだそうです。なので高齢の方や車椅子をご利用の方にも安心してご利用いただけますが、ご旅行でしたらあんまり気分転換にはならないかもしれません。また、同様の理由で介護職で勤務されてる方にもあんまりおすすめできません。 チェックインするとすぐに、靴を脱いでフロントに預け外出の際は声をかけるように言われます。料金踏み倒しを防ぐなどの理由があるのかもしれませんが、そういったシステムは初めてなので少し戸惑いました。また、客室内には使い捨てのスリッパがありますが、履きこなされたふわふわスリッパで客室まで行くよう言われるので、潔癖気味の方にもおすすめできません。 地下鉄の中津駅および大阪梅田プラザモータープールまで近いので、そこは便利でした。
