The hotel is in a perfect location between two metro stations and lines, which allowed us to explore Osaka within 2-3 stops and access the trains for other cities. Loved that even when we didn’t request room cleaning, the staff lefts a bag with fresh towels and amenities each day. The light switches for everything are next to the bed and super customizable, but to turn off the green glow at night you need to press the master switch by the front door. The onsen was very clean and super aesthetic, but it is on the smaller side. I would recommend going mid afternoon or early evening if you want more privacy! There are many food options around and they feel very homey which is awesome. Overall amazing stay!

Staff was very polite and helpful, check in was smooth as well. Rooms were spacious and clean and the breakfast was really good here. The only big thing that sucked is that no tattoos were allowed in the Onsen, but that’s most hotels in Japan😂 they did offer if the tattoos were small enough that you can buy patches from them. Other then that the hotel was great.
