Besonders positiv ist der geringe Preis von unter 30 Euro die Nacht. (Allerdings hatte ich auch sehr früh im Voraus gebucht.) Hinzu kommt das das Hotel unmittelbar an der Awaza U-Bahn Station liegt und man somit keine zwei Minuten gehen muss um einen perfekten Anschluss an das tolle U-Bahn Netz Osakas zu bekommen. Das Personal sprach und verstand einigermaßen Englisch, was für japanische Hotels nicht selbstverständlich ist. Negativ empfand ich den Zustand des Zimmers, welches bereits einige Gebrauchsspuren vorzuweisen hatte. An manchen Stellen war die Tapete bereits eingerissen oder abgebättert und oberhalb der klimaanlage war notdürftig etwas abgeklebt worden. Nicht schlimm aber auch nicht schön.

リーズナブルで立地も良かったです。 お部屋がホコリとかあり、古かったので清潔ではありさんでした。 しかし気軽で良かったです。 朝食のお好み焼きは固かったです。

Staff is really helpful and nice. The onsen style bath downstairs is a great perk for weary travelers. Location is pretty good / was a good deal. right next to a subway station jump on or off to either Umeda or Namba. Great snapshot of real Japanese life!

温泉があるのでここに決めましたが時間制限があり部屋に付いているシャワー室は狭いのでコンサート終わり急いで帰りました。スタッフさんの対応はとてもいいです。朝食もついているのにこの金額には大満足です。電気ポットが部屋に無いのは残念でした。

建物は古いけど、清潔なホテル

建物が古いので、期待はしていなかったが、フロントの方がとても親切だったし、部屋は清潔だった。ちょっとテレビが使いづらかったのが良くなかった。せっかく大浴場があったのに、時間制で入れなかったのが残念でした。宿泊は満足でした。

Room in poor condition mattress base dirty, had to turn off fridge due to the loud motor. Sink cracked, repair poor, mildew to sink. Air conditioning poor, pipe held wtth tape. Tried to look out the window frosted glass with mildew around frame. The wi fi didn’t work. If I hadn’t already paid I would have found another hotel. I will be seeking a full refund.

安価で泊まるには悪くはないホテルです。 スタッフの皆さんはいい対応をしてくださいますし、幹線道路に面しているものの窓は防音のために二重になっていて静かに過ごすことができます。ただ、ネットワークは安定しないのでインターネット回線は一応使用できますが、動画視聴のような負荷の高い通信はできませんでした。また、朝食のクオリティはイマイチです。

오래된 호텔이다보니 바닥의 청결도가 아쉬웠지만 이 정도 가격에 전용욕실이 딸린 오사카 중심부의 역 근처 비즈니스 호텔을 찾기는 쉽지 않을 것 같습니다. 또한 근처에 큰 마트가 있어서 간단한 쇼핑을 하기에도 좋습니다.
