Well appointed rooms in a vibey location very close to Honmachi subway. Was an easy to walk to several attractions and the breakfast served at a local cafe was more than adequate.

Nice location and clean hotel

Nice location near a metro station, supermarkets, and near many shops and restaurants. You can borrow an umbrella, travel adapter and weight scale at the hotel which was very handy. The room is very small but for the two of us was ok. If there would be a swimmimg pool then it would be perfect during the warm days:)

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The friendly and welcoming reception staff made a great first impression. Centrally located, everything was new and well-maintained. My high-floor room was clean, modern, and peaceful. Highly recommended!

Prime location while in Osaka

Lub D provided a great facility and supportive staff. The room is small but is configured well to be spacious. The bathroom is also spacious with a nice bath tub. The staff was friendly and helpful even with us arriving late from our flight. The nearby shops and stores provided convenience in accessing essentials. We plan to stay here in our visit to Osaka

This place was great the room was spacious and the staff were friendly and communicative. They do have some nice board games to play at the front entrance and a nice Thai restaurant in the hotel. I would recommend exploring outside the hotel because nearby they had tons of shopping and restaurants which were priced at a decent price. Also it’s not to far from the station, I would say those stairs from that specific station is a lot to deal with. But worth staying here.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was rather small but tidy. Personally, I don't like bathtubs, rather a shower. Everything what you expect of a 3 star hotel is present. Just around the corner is a shopping street including a Lawson convenience store. The metro station is within walking distance.

I thought the location was great. Unfortunately it wasn’t very clean. Bathroom was fine, but the main rooms carpet had many stains at looked visibly dirty. The mirror had rust splotches, and lower part of the walls was grimy. Bed was comfy, and my room had a bit of the skyline, but overall wouldn’t come back.

Staff are very helpful especially คุณอุ้ย. The thing I didn’t like is it’s located between Umeda and Namba. Sound like convenient but it’s not. My first period our room was clean ,but my second period which I stay I think the room wasn’t clean. I saw dust on the table / the washroom / sink and the bath have dust :( But in this price I think it’s acceptable.
