Personally didn’t really like the hotel for the size of the room with all of our bags. I liked the bath though. It was at least somewhere to soak in.

Self-service process for easy check in and check out. Room is equipped with all toiletries needed- extra towels, slippers, toilet paper and basic hygiene products. Location is in a quiet spot close to Family Mart and a Lawson's. Took 6 mins from the closest station to walk to.

最寄り駅の地下鉄から、どこにでもアクセス◎スーパーもコインランドリーもコンビニもあるので、とにかく便利！！ お部屋は狭いけど寝るだけなので問題無し。 周りの音も気にならず静かに過ごせます♪ ただ連泊の為、使ったタオル類を返却出来る場所が欲しかったです！

京セラドームでのライブのために利用したため、立地、交通の便が良いという点はとても満足しています。 部屋の中も全体的に綺麗でしたが、浴槽の汚れが気になりました。 設備に関しては到着から冷蔵庫が冷えておらず、また冷やし方も分からかったので、何度も設定を試みましたが72℃と表記されたまま宿泊の3日間ずっと冷えることがなかったので利用出来ませんでした。 鍵の取り方がかなり変わっているので、私が到着した日にも手こずっている方いらっしゃいました。 利用される方はメールをよく確認しておくことをおすすめします。

部屋の広さは、必要最低限な感じでした。荷物を置く台は欲しかったですね。狭すぎて何度もベッドのフレームに足をぶつけました笑 ホテルの周りを夜歩くには道次第でしたが、少し暗くて怖かったです。近くにロイヤルホストがあったり、コンビニがあったりと個人的には嬉しかったです。少しわかりづらい場所ではありました。フロントに外国のスタッフの方がいらっしゃいましたが、丁寧にスムーズに対応していただけてよかったです。アメニティーも必要最低限で、無駄がなくていいです。チェックイン時間より早く行ったにも関わらず、優しく対応して貰えたので神対応のいいホテルでした。ありがとうございました。

난카이 난바역에서 1.3km 정도 거의 직진하시면 도착하구요:) 사쿠라가와 역에서 300m 거리입니다^^ 걸어가면 10분 정도며, 신축 호텔 느낌이 강했고, 여느 일본 호텔이 좁아서 크게 신경쓰지 않았어요^^ 단점은, 목욕 가운이 없는정도..? 가격대비 괜찮은 호텔이었습니다^^

スタッフがいない時間帯のチェックイン、チェックアウトだったのですが生年月日や住所など情報入力を同じものを何回も入れて下さいと画面が出てきて非常に面倒くさかったです。チェックアウトも他のお客さんと重なってしまい、できたのかできたかできないのかわからずに時間もあったので出てきてしまいました。
