This was our first experience with a capsule-style stay and it was memorable. The facility was very clean and modern and there were all the free amenities you could possibly need, even pajamas. The staff were so friendly. Bustling neighborhood right outside and easy walk from train station. We especially enjoyed the onsen. My only (very slight) complaint was that there was no way to adjust the thermostat - I like to sleep cold - but it ended up being fine. Very convenient and inexpensive, would definitely stay again.

Capsule style, no door, just a heavy accordion curtain. Bring earplugs. The sauna and heated bath (not onsen) was pretty nice. The sleeping area had a funky smell, maybe feet or people's belongings. It's basically a dorm. Great location, pretty friendly staff. The lack of Netflix or YouTube access in the room was not great.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff was very friendly and the room was perfect size for me. Everything was very clean and well kept. The bath was the highlight of the place, a great way to relax after a long day!

Great Value for the Money. Close to the Metro Station and Namba Station. Very nice and Clean Cabins. And very helpful staff. Very helpful stuff I would definitely book this hotel again. A clear recommendation. I would definitely book the hotel again.
