Conveniently located near Shin-Osaka station. There are many restaurants around the hotel, where you can enjoy the taste of Kansai. I was very happy to taste Japanese food at the breakfast buffet!

Great amenities. Bed bed has multiple charger outlets, 2 water bottles provided, tv provides tons of info including the ability to extend the checked out time with ease. Close to the train station, has coin operated laundry and the breakfast buffet is really good.

The room was so clean and very comfortable considering that it was small but it was nice. Amenities were provided with toothbrushes, HAIR BANDS, shavers etc. Also pretty much everyday, the housekeepers will leave clean towels outside our doors. There were Lawsons, Family Mart AND 711 on the same road of where the hotel is located. Other than that, the bad and not so bad about the place was our AC. It wasn’t working and the air was making me and my spouse’s throat hurt. But it was okay cause it was cold and so we opened the window. Highly recommend staying here it was above all comfortable. Mahalo

Our room had to be changed due to some chemicals left in the room. Then the fan didn't work in the new room. However the staff made their best effort to find a portable unit to improve ventilation. We opened a window in the meantime but couldn't get it shut securely afterwards. Very close to station so it was handy for travelling though one night.

Enjoyed the breakfast, and proximity to Shinkansen station and a local Izakaya (pub). Room was a bit small, bathroom difficult to get into. Service staff suggested asking for different room, but this one was good, just not perfect. Bed had plenty of space for 2. Staff very friendly and helpful. Carpet looked like it could use some cleaning.

Good place for a day or two, cramped.

It's clean, close to a station, has some decent amenities. Just really small and I found it impossible to find any way to make the room not smoulderingly hot. There's only so much you can use on the ac units and the windows won't even crack open. I got horrible sleep. So if you sleep hot, not a great place when it's 60 or over outside.

Overall it was a nice hotel, the staff was excellent. Very helpful when we needed them. They have a restaurant available but we did not get to check it out. If you do laundry though just go to a Laundromat if there is one available. The dryers do not work very well and you will be wasting time/ money trying to get it done. There are restaurants and train station super close by. Just a warning though if you have big suitcases, we had a JR pass and could not use the one ground exit/entrance closest to the hotel. So you will have to use the bridge with all the stairs. Unless you pay with the IC card separately.
