"This hotel was so much better in person than it looked online. The rooms were large and we had a balcony with outdoor seating. The staff were very nice and helpful, the air conditioning worked well which was appreciated as it was very hot while we were there. The breakfast buffet was lovely. The location was central to everything. Maybe not perfect for people with mobility issues, as there are some stairs to negotiate here and there, but that is true of many hotels in historic areas."

"Loved the terrace on the third floor conveniently by our room. We also had our private terrace as well. Breakfast was outstanding and welcoming. All the staff were very helpful, accommodating to our needs and gave us great recommendations to restaurants and things to see. Loved Orvieto!"

"Esperienza insufficiente. Camera e bagno impregnate costantemente da odore di cucina a tratti insopportabile credo proveniente da qualche vicolo sul retro o dall’appartamento sottostante. In quale modo l’host ha “risolto” in serata. Spazi più che sufficienti ma scomodi. Prenotazione per 4 ma stanza pronta per 3: quarto letto sistemato con un solo lenzuolo. Nessun gancio in bagno per appendere asciugamani. Decisamente migliorabile: basterebbe poco anche perché la posizione è perfetta."
