"Loved the space & the location. Loved that there were essentially 2 bedrooms (converted living room). It was tricky getting around by car initially as the wifi was not great in the town & many streets are one-way or not for motorists, but walking around was easier. I recommend downloading offline maps to make sure you get there. Owner also provided written directions, which were helpful, but then we lost our way when looking for parking (we had to wait as we arrived there during their lunch break). "

"Hotel was easy to get to, especially if you are new to driving in Italy (like myself!) No ZTL if you enter through Porta Romana. Valet parking made it super easy. Staff was incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating. They even held my rental car post check out so I could attend a local meeting. Breakfast was fantastic. Rooms were very comfortable as well. Thank you to the staff for making my family’s stay easy for us!"

"Simonetta was delightful and explained everything very well. When we needed her she responded quickly. The little house is adorable and had everything we needed. The view- Fantastic!! A lovely patio and chairs to sit on as we sipped the wonderful wine from her vineyard and enjoyed the view. We also enjoyed meeting her son who runs the wine shop and helped us decide with our tastings. Orvieto is an ancient city not to be missed. "
