"L’hôtel est très beau, notre chambre grande mais ça sentait beaucoup la cigarette même si c’est un hôtel non fumeur. On a demandé de changer de chambre mais elles n’étaient pas du même standard que celle qu’on avait. L’odeur était très désagréable. Le service en général était bien mais certaines personnes à la réception ne sont pas sympathiques c’est un relais et château alors ça devrait être parfait ou presque."

The manager, Hiten, was very helpful when my arrival was badly delayed by issues with the trains. Only thing to be aware of is they don't have a lift, but it's also not a tall hotel so not a problem most of the time."
