"Stayed here for one night. Grounds are very pretty and hotel is based on the side of quite a steep hill so quite a lot of stairs and ramps. There are some lifts to parts of property but not all and they are in odd locations, for example one led to a pitch black banquet hall that you needed to pass through. "The hotel is fully remodeled and looks beautiful. Our issue with the room was that the AC did not work. We reported it the front desk and was told that the entire building’s AC was shut down for winter and would not turn on. We stated we need to have some type of cool circulation and was told to open the balcony doors. Upon opening the balcony doors this proceeded to bring in bugs and the noises from passing vehicles which kept us wide awake all night. Not everyone is accustomed to sleeping...

"Ottima comunicazione e reattività nei messaggi. Buona disponibilità del proprietario. L'alloggio è pulito e ha tutto il necessario. È un po' scomodo avere il bagno fuori dalla camera e le scale della casa sono strette. L'edificio e le camere sono state ristrutturate da poco. La camera è un po' piccola ma ha un balconcino privato che è comodo."

"Scarsissima pulizia per un 4 stelle, lenzuola macchiate, copriletto macchiato e peli ovunque, inoltre la camera puzzava di chiuso. Un incubo, non vale i soldi spesi!"
