"Great location and clean bathroom but faced many issues with our room and found the front desk manager rude and inflexible just because it was a non refundable booking (only her, the reception team are all friendly and willing to listen and help). Things to note - there is no AC, only a system where you can go -3 or +3 from the set room temp, a TV for decor so there’s no normal channels or chromecast to stream from your phone, and a lift that isn’t guaranteed to work during your stay so expect stairs."

Good if you just want a sleep while you’re exploring Paris. Whole building needs a lot of maintenance. This is definitely not a 3 star hotel. "
