"Catia, the host, was really kind and welcoming. Uncomplicated and helpful contact. The house is an eldery stone house which is quite charming and is surrounded by trees. During the day the sun directly enlightens different parts of the garden. Beautiful!"

"Nice property in an amazing setting. The Villa is in a great spot with fabulous views from the terrace. The interior is very traditional, but with all the amenities you would need. The pool is lovely and much needed in the heat of summer. Given the location you will need a car as not much within walking distance although lots of lovely restaurants in Bagni and a good sized supermarket. The Villa Rosa team couldn’t have been more helpful - from directions, to local recommendations, they were great. Only downside and outside of owners control was we were woken up by barking dogs on a number of occasions early in the morning from the houses nearby. Also bring bug spray if you visit in the summer! Overall a great stay and would recommend "
