Dopo tanti anni di esperienza posso confermare che una casa così tenuta bene e così confortevole è veramente difficile da trovare. Anche la posizione è ottima... Nella parte alta di Orosei. Das vierte Bett am Eingang würde ich nach oben verlegen, ggf. durch eine Ausziehcouch im kleinen Zimmer. Unten an der Straße ist es durch den Verkehr (Autos und Hupen) zu laut im entspannt zu schlafen. "

Die Terrasse läd zum Essen und verweilen ein. Ansonsten hat das Grundstück nicht viel zu bieten. Dafür ist die Lage perfekt: in wenigen Minuten gelangt man zu Supermärkten, Restaurants und tollen Stränden. Salvatore war ein hervorrangender Gastgeber und immer erreichbar. "Pros: Die Wohnung ist im Obergeschosses einer 3-Parteien-Einheit. Sie liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe eines Campingplatzes. Dort besteht die Möglichkeit auch Brot und Brötchen zu bestellen. 3 mal die Woche ist ein Obst und Gemüsehändler in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zum Kiesstrand sind es etwa 100m, klein und fein. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und herzlich. Vielen Dank dass wir Ihre Gäste sein durften."

"Sauberes aber hellhöriges - unmittelbare Nachbarn - „Doppelhaus“ mit ausladendem Grundstück besticht durch Lage und Ausstattung! Vermieter - kein persönlicher Kontakt - nicht immer erreichbar und unbeständiges WLAN ; Sicherung fällt bei zeitgleicher Nutzung von z.B. Wasserkocher und Ofen oder Boiler und Toaster etc. pp. heraus. Küchenfenster zur Nachbarterasse. Dennoch empfehlenswert!"
