Charming Home in a Beautiful Little City

From the moment we set foot in Casa Marta, we felt immediately at home. Our welcome from Marcella and Marta was so warm and friendly, and they gave us an overview of both the house and of Nuoro, along with recommendations of where to eat and what to see. Of all the accommodations we've stayed in, Casa Marta takes cleanliness to a new level. This place was spotless-- and so well-stocked with all the essentials, plus the little extras that only hosts with a true gift of hospitality would think of. We found the location to be a wonderful home base for visiting the Gulf of Orosei and Gola di Gorropu. We loved our time in the area and felt so at home each evening when we returned to this charming guest house. Thank you, Marcella and Marta, for being such phenomenal hosts!

Great stay

Great one night stay - very easy to communicate with our host. The house was in a great location and had everything we needed! Really loved the snacks and drinks provided in the kitchen.

Formidable sauf en cas de canicule

La location est nickel. On s'y sent comme chez soi, l'accueil est incroyable. La maison dispose de tout le confort nécessaire et plus encore (savons, shampoing, eau fraîche, café, thé, biscuits...). Les deux petites terrasses au deuxième étage sont très agréables. Les propriétaires fournissent tous les renseignements dont on peut avoir besoin. Le seul bémol, et cela est dû au fait qu'il y avait canicule lors de notre séjour, est la température dans les chambres la nuit. Même en fermant tout la journée et en ouvrant tout la nuit,et en faisant fonctionner les ventilateurs, il faisait encore 25 degrés au rez-de chaussée, 30 degrés au 1er étage et 35 degrés au deuxième pendant la nuit. Je conseille donc très vivement la location mais hors périodes très chaudes et pour maximum 4 personnes (pour 5, c'est un peu difficile pour manger autour de la table).

Une maison très bien équipée, confortable et d'une propreté impecable, un emplacement idyllique dans une petite rue calme mais juste à côté d'une place conçue par Nivola, des rues commerçantes et de la vieille ville.

Séjour de rêve en Sardaigne

Superbe accueil dans cette jolie petite maison située dans le cœur de la vieille ville. Marcella et sa fille sont pleines de petites attentions et la maison est parfaitement équipée : dosettes de café/thé, huile et vinaigre, sauces, gel douche et shampoings... jusqu'aux cure dents! Nous avons passé un séjour de rêve en amoureux avec en prime de notre balcon, un petit concert de chant sarde le premier soir sur la petite place jouxtant le logement. La région entre mer et montagne est également magnifique Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés!

Ci sono stati tanti aspetti positivi in questo soggiorno: - la posizione della casa è strategica, situata nel centro di Nuoro, vicina a tutti i servizi e punti ristoro; - la disposizione della casa è congeniale per una famiglia composta da più nuclei familiari; - l'arredamento è funzionale e curato, ottimizzando ogni singolo spazio della casa; - la proprietaria ha messo a disposizione un'ampia gamma di prodotti da consumare a colazione e ha fornito tutto il necessario per cucinare; - la pulizia è impeccabile; - la disponibilità della proprietaria è stata eccellente, professionale e cordiale.
