"Amazing location and beach and the stars are very helpful and friendly"

"Very good breakfast and facilities"

"Nice hotel, very clean and excellent location on the beach."

"From arrival to departure could not fault anything. All staff were excellent. The breakfast quality was far better than many of the 5 star hotels I have been to over the years. Room and all public areas were exceptionally clean and well look after. Great value for money."

"Stayed one night"

"There are four apartments in this complex, all looking out to the beautiful pool deck. Each apartment has it's own patio with table and chairs, again overlooking the lovely pool. It is a few minutes walk to a black sand, shallow beach. Nice, white beaches can be reached at Agia Napa or Proteras within a 20 minute drive. The pool was always clean and warm. The apartments are located about 10 minutes from the city of Larnaca and are generally pretty quiet. There were some dogs in the neighborhood...

"Having lived in larnaka for 10 years previously, This property was better than other hotels at double the price in the area. Fantastic views, swimming pool (brand new) . Quiet ,yet close enough to bars and restaurant. All in all a fantastic stay. "

"Wonderful place to stay and relax"

"Enjoyed the spacious hotel next to the beach. Lovely breakfast in the morning and enjoyed the indoor pool, outdoor pool and tennis courts"

"We have stayed at this hotel many times and have always been very happy with the hotel and the staff"

"A terrible stay. So shameful, we escaped and checked out after the first half an hour because of how dirty the place was. Very badly maintained, very unclean, mild everywhere, cockroaches were all around the property, sheets were dirty, staff not very kind!"

"Breakfast was excellent and staff were very helpful and friendly"

"The immediate vicinity is very poor and run down - although the hotel itself is well maintained inside and sparse but nicely appointed. Very clean - staff very helpful. AND it is only a short walk to the beach area, the board walk and nice shopping. - it is just the immediate surroundings close to the hotel are run down"

"Very clean Very comfortable beds Great location Great for a week stay"

"Excellent stay overall. The rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast buffet is generous and tasty, and the coffee is delicious. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay there again."

"Breakfast is great, so many choices. Location is great, very easy to get to the airport"

"Staff is really friendly. The hotel is really well located."

"I would say thus is the best place to stay in Larnaca, local to everything beach , shops and you COUID sit in the balcony all day"
