The suites were a last minute flight cancellation solution but very welcome as it was very close to the airport and very clean and comfortable. The stay was more of a spacious apartment than a hotel. Surprisingly upscale residence with contactless entry and communicative management. I would say that you should make your taxi arrangements prior as you won’t catch one in the neighborhood.

A really enjoyable stay. Everything was made simple at check in. Check out. All the staff had a really positive attitude. Cleaning standards excellent. Apartment had plentiful space. It is modern and benefits from large TV and comfortable bed. One critique. Lack of English Channel on TV. Good large balcony and close to centre.

On-site parking was easy and always available. Easy 10 minute stroll to St Lazarus square and associated dining options and shops and beach. Staff were very helpful and friendly, both front desk and service staff. Tennis club next door had limited menu but food was good and it was convenient. Busy every night but we weren't disturbed by noise. Free bike hire, including helmet and lock, were appreciated.

Fresh towels every day, water ,coffee & tea. Friendly staff. The only bad thing to say was the last 3 days of 10 they had about 6 or 7 families come in with totally feral kids, shouting and screaming in the common areas and nobody there to shut them up.

The apartment was great. We only had a very short stay, but it was well furnished for a longer stay. The location is very convenient for the main town highlights. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. I'd be very happy to head back here.

Clean, comfortable, and spacious. Tastefully decorated with all essentials. Just a short walk to the beach and to the St Lazarus Church and city center. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay here and will stay again

LIV Urban is in a great location just 10 mins walk to the seafront/promenade bars restaurants and shops. The area around is under development but we did feel safe. The apartment itself was clean and serviced ever 3 days (daily if requested). The bed was super comfy and a large king size, bathroom had a large walk in shower and a usable kitchen with full size fridge. We had a room in the forth floor overlooking the tennis courts which was nice. The tennis club adjacent has an amazing restaurant and there is a small local shop selling milk, juice, beers etx so very handy (cheaper than by the sea too). Check in was super easy although they didn't give much info, you need to ask questions x. We had a late fight so checked our at 11 and left our luggage, we then spent the day at the beach, returning at 5pm to utilise the roof terrace to shower and change before getting a taxi transfer. Note the room top terrace and reception closes at 6pm so be aware when arranging transfers. I would recommend this apartment and we will return x 10/10 We had some beautiful meals out inc Thai food at Mystic, Lush Restaurant in Mckenzie Beach (€15 in a taxi each way), Italian at Aldente and Mexican at Royal Ris x

The flat was just perfect, everything is new, functional, clean, quiet, good bed, soap/shampoo included, complimentary bottle of water/coffee/tea. The person welcoming you is really nice and helpful. It's close to the city center (10min walk). They put you in relation with a reliable taxi driver. I just stayed one night before my flight, but it's really great.

Lovely modern apartments, pre arrival communications were answered quickly and requests were sorted for our arrival. Location is great, just a 5 minute walk to St Lazarus Church and square which is a great place to sit.
