The hotel reception staff is excellent and attentive to guests. The dining room is beautiful and offers a wide variety, with wonderful breakfasts. The hotel is spacious with large public areas. The room is clean and pleasant.

The Staff were always extremely attentive and helpful. The only drawback is that there are insufficient rooms in the Hotel to accommodate guests who have disabilities and require additional aids in the bathroom (particularly a Shower Seat and Grab Rails on each side of the toilet). In fact, it appears they have only one room containing such aids. I questioned this with one of the Managers, but he never reverted to me. So, I do not know whether he is (or will be) reviewing the situation.

Great pool and beach. Lovely food and staff.

Lovely hotel with a great pool and private beach. Plenty of sunbeds that can be reserved for duration of your stay. Shallow and sandy beach which is great for swimming. Food was excellent and varied. Staff were great and friendly. Rooms was comfortable apart from air conditioning, which wasn’t good and could do with an upgrade. Plenty of parking. Didn’t venture to local area but saw a supermarket close by. Would recommend.

Nice enough hotel albeit a bit tired. Sun bed not so comfortable and because of the all inclusive element it felt a bit Butlins like at times. Staff seemed keen for the season to finish.

I would rate this hotel as the facilities, staff etc are all very good. However there is very little in the immediate vicinity. Therefore I spent most of my stay at the hotel. Would have been nice to have more within walking distance to see. If you want to unwind on the beach or by the pool it’s perfect (on my visit a bit unlucky that the weather wasn’t ideal for this)

Great value luxury, but needing a few touch ups.

Lovely hotel, but in need of an update here and there given it’s a five star resort. Great quality room with lots of space. Lovely places to eat and choice of bars. Lots of room outside too: private beach loungers, large pool, tennis courts etc. Has a nice indoor pool too for the cooler months, and the gym is large for a hotel - several treadmills, a cross trainer and bikes, plus large selection of resistance machines and free weights. A few areas could do with a bit of attention or refurb - e.g. some mould and tired grouting in changing rooms; old model TV in room with washed out colour; aging mirror with marked up edges and some cracking in tiles in bathroom. It isn’t major by any stretch, but the small details add up when it’s marketed and charged at a five star premium. Food was very good; range of choice at buffets and decent a la cart menu too. Food and drink all quite reasonably priced for a resort - lunch or dinner would set you back €15-30 per person before drinks.

Not close to a 5 star

We booked a double sea view room due to the fact we was only staying one night this time. We said if we liked it we would book when we came back in March. Very disappointed, the room as clean as it should have been and the bath had a crack with all brown colouring on it! The over the bath show was stained, the room and balcony was so small. But on checkin early hours the man on reception was lovely and very helpful. On check out it was ok! Just to add we tried to order coffee to the room and some food but no one answered the phone either my partner had to go downstairs to reception.

We stayed at the hotel twice, for one night, at the start and end of a trip. The scores would have been better if this were based on the second visit. On the first visit the staff were surly and generally unhelpful, this was not the case on the second visit, so the balanced score was 3 (average). Cyprus hotels need to stop closing restaurants at this end of the season. People visit hotels to use the facilities not be told they are closed as was the case for us. Saying that the restaurants immediately walkable are fine for all different price points, and all cheaper than the hotels. The grass around the pool area needs better maintenance and the beds are tired an uncomfortable. Renovated rooms are nice. We had a junior suite which had a lovely big balcony and hot tub as well as sun beds (again not very comfortable). Room had all one needed and was clean. No bath but a large shower. The mini bar is emptied on purpose although you can get it filled up. A weird one was when I asked reception about some ice I was told in the same surly tone I would be charged 2 euros for it! Room Service did NOT make any charged. This might be linked to the all inclusive package?

Vety good hotell excellent service. Omly criticisms are totally deprndent on people using mobile phones for any hotel information. Not a single item in orinted form othet thsn if having an a lat certe meal when a orpier written menu is given out. No directional signs anywhere in hotel. No toilets in the msin foyer are all are only assessible by staires only. Finslly there are no chairs availabke to sit on on the beach only sunbeds. The sunbeds are too low for people mobility to use!!!!

Great property, recently updated with a light and bright aspect. After we arrived we decided to opt for a larger room and they went out of their way to accommodate us. Our very large balcony had a jacuzzi/ spa, sofas, chairs, and loungers - perfect for relaxing after a day out/ at the pool area. Pool area was gorgeous, with various pool options, including one with a swim-up bar, was not at all crowded eventhough we were there in peak season and service was good. Particularly loved the dining. Yacht club offered excellent choices - great buffet breakfast and lunch and dinner was excellent too. Whole family was happy, even the more discerning eaters. Thanks to the team - highly recommended!
