"Loved this hotel. It was super cute, clean and comfortable. In a great location, very walkable to a lot of restaurants, shops and pubs. Unfortunately, the only complaint I have is that the walls are very thin in the rooms and there was someone next door watching tv very loudly all night that kept me up. I would’ve called the front desk to complain or ask them to reach out to the next door room but they don’t have phones in the rooms. They have this system where if you need something from staff while you’re in your room you have to leave a message via WhatsApp and an AI bot gets back to you with a canned response. Eventually, someone from the staff is supposed to contact you but no one ever did. It was my last night so I didn’t get a chance to complain to anyone about it but having AI and not a real person be the first line of contact in a hotel setting was a bit of a turn off."

"Great central location. The front doors lock at night and the elevator (lift) requires you to use your room key to go up which made us feel very safe since we were in a downtown location. Walking distance to many restaurants. Street parking is first come first served. Comfortable and clean."
