Very comfortable room and central to Belfast. Wonderful staff, very helpful, cheerful and gave great service… The standout staff member is Brian from the bar who remembered us from previous visits and made us feel so welcome… He is very engaging and I believe he is an asset to your bar.

The room was ok, bed was comfortable. The kettle lead was too short to be plugged into anywhere, so no tea or coffee. I also now know that breakfast was included, when I went for breakfast I was told breakfast was not included for my room so had to leave the hotel hungry and not very impressed. Not good enough for a so called 5 star hotel.
