Great hotel, breakfast really good and only downside is the bed we had was really hard and I know personal taste but because of this reason I would pick another hotel next time I visit Belfast.
Clean room, excellent staff. Parking was expensive and the garage where they offered the discount has some tight turns. Lanyon garage is much better but three times the price.

Excellent city centre location within walking distance of the Waterfront Hall. Lovely deluxe king room - Would advised to request a high floor for the views. Hotel staff were extremely attentive and courteous throughout the stay. Enjoyed the late check out option. Great parking close by at a discount rate for hotel guests. Will stay again.
Very good overall apart from one day the room was not cleaned and never had fresh cups to make tea or a replenish of some new teabags to make a cup of tea the next morning. Apart from that very welcoming and a lovely stay.

Spotless room and very spacious! The view from the room was underwhelming but that was ok as we really only slept there. Very hot and powerful showers. Breakfast was OK - very, very busy at the weekend and much quieter on the week. The staff stood out - exceptional customer service from everyone we encountered. We would definitely stay again - it’s a good location, right on the waterfront and so close to St George’s Market.
