Negatives: Saw multiple cockroaches during the stay: one in the hallway and one in the room. The hotel had a pretty unpleasant smell (cigarettes and animals). Wasnā€™t able to watch TV the night we got there because it wasnā€™t connected to internet. Positives: The staff at the front desk were very nice and helpful. It was cool that there was a stove and proper refrigerator.

It is a friendly budget hotel . Nothing extraordinary but the staff and other guests. They can improve cleanliness but other than that was good. I had to pay for the parking and one thing that never worked for me was the wifi even though I try to get some technical support wich was not able to solve my problem.

Decent clean room. It did its job we were there only to sleep. Not enough pillows but thatā€™s just a personal preference. Also tv really didnā€™t work that well. Great ac though.

Location was great. Took almost an hour to get checked in. The toilet seat was loose, a shelf was broken and there was not enough towels for the 4 people registered to the room. They ran out of hotel room keys. The hallways were hot and humid. The check in lady was really nice though.

The staff is amazing

Weā€™ve stayed in many hotels in this area visiting the parks, and Iā€™d have to say the customer service. The front desk personnel was amazing here very accommodating, very professional, very understanding and definitely made our trip feel that much more comfortable.
