Worst host ever
At first glance the property was very nice. Leading up to our stay the host was awful at answering questions or getting back to us. There was a question over how much to heat the pool then they refused to get back t. o me and never turned the pool heat on as I requested. The worst part about our stay was 2 people were showering in separate bathrooms upstairs when the plumbing backed up and raw sewage started coming up through the drains. The toilets all started bubbling. The smell was awful. We were afraid to use those showers again one of which was the primary bedroom. We had no way to clean it. I wrote to the host explaining everything and never got a response. I have opened a case with Vrbo it has been almost 2 weeks and we have heard nothing from the host. We also left a message when we got there asking if we could use the grill. Again no response. We have stayed at many other rental properties but have never experienced such poor communication and awful responsiveness to problems and requests. the
