Your villa is located in an upscale gated community located just 8 miles from Walt Disney World. Terra Verde Resort is one of the most desired resorts in the Orlando area. Only a 25-minute drive from the Orlando International Airport and is situated central to all of Orlando’s famous attractions. Resort amenities include clubhouse, concierge desk, beach volleyball court, children playarea, stocked fishing lake, community pool and spa, exercise center, Cyber Café & arcade.

As well as a large family room, there is an additional sitting room, which is ideal when 2 families are sharing, or when you need to have adults only time whilst the kids chill out in their own sitting room.

The kitchen is equipped with every appliance and utensil needed. From the high bar counter in the kitchen you can see the family room where multiple leather sofas and armchair provide a relaxing location to watch the large screen TV, with NetFlix instant movies available at no charge.
