Staff were friendly. The rooms are slightly dirty, our tissue box had stains as well as the blanket. I’d recommend wearing socks or shoes while walking around the room because the floors are gritty. You get what you pay for, so I was overall satisfied with my stay.

I’m not one to complain but, I arrived at 2pm and was allowed the 1 hour early checkin which was a great start. The room appeared clean. The bathroom however had pee all over the toilet. The housekeeping did not speak English so it was difficult to convey the issue and get the bathroom cleaned. Once done we headed to the parks. Arrived back to the room around 11pm and found the now clean bathroom with a toilet that did not flush. Then found the bedding was damp. Attempted to call the front desk and found the phone in the room also did not work. Called with my cell and was asked to come and get a room key to swap rooms with no apology or real concern. Decided to make the switch and keep frustrations to myself. No other issues until 2 nights later arrived back to the room to find the room key wasn’t working. Again at front desk was told I must have stored it near my own cards or phone which was strange but they offered no other apologies. Located very near universal studios which made it convenient but even still would not recommend this place.

Beds are terrible. Makes a lot of quicky noise even if you just sit on the corner of the bed. Microwave was never been cleaned and who knows when was the last time it was cleaned. It was just disgusting. The back of the center table was never been cleaned. You’ll see it once you want to use the outlet. But if you are looking for that is under your budget then it is doable.

It was OK for the price, we paid. I was not quite sure what to expect for the price. There was no website to review or google any information on. Seems this was "Recently" rebranded with the landlord special. The AC was not working in one of our rooms, but the staff was quick and helpful to switch us rooms and the next one worked just as expected for a HOT Orlando day. The bathrooms need more work done though, they seem OK at first glance, but you can tell that housekeeping does not really clean BEHIND the bathroom door at all. If you close the bathroom door, its very very dirty trimmings, walls, and back of the door. Overall this is your typical 3 star resort.
