"Pool was enjoyable as well as grounds facilities such as pingpong table, pool, pickleball, tennis. Basketball, shuffleboard and fitness classes including yoga for my wife. Beautiful and well kept grounds for daily walk."

"Bed was broke, housekeeping was not cleaning the room ony bringing towels. The staff in the restaurant was not friendly and very slow."

"We love this hotel and stay here often but this time was the first time the lazy river was unclean and around the grounds was unclean aswell. It was unkept this time around. We will be returning here as this is one of our favorite places to stay in Orlando. "

"Great spring break trip with my family. Affordable, great pool, dining options, and shuttles (which includes early park admission- which is a must when going to Universal!) Busy but that is expected at the value resort. Would definitely distant again!"
