"Nice pool great for kids food during lunch was great. Breakfast not so great had everything you needed but not as appetizing but does the job. They do not clean your room until the third day."
Universal's Cabana Bay Beach Resort

"Great property. This was our second trip staying at this resort and it’s amazing. The early access is wonderful and the food court and pool are fantastic too! It’s about a mile walk from the front of the property to walk into the parks and it’s a great walking path. Would highly recommend"

"Access to parking vehicle on arrival was difficult, with no clear markings for those checking in. Therefore, attempted to park vehicle in a parking lot, which required a room key. After checking in, I drove vehicle to park in Standard Parking lot, with no available empty spaces. The lot was over parked with vehicles on inappropriate areas within lot. After returning to entry of hotel, we obtained attention of a Luggage attendant, who stated lots are full due to some type of convention today (9-23-26) Only option to leave auto with Valet Service, which we did. Received a green ticket to give to Bell Hop on receiving luggage at assigned room. After more than one hour waiting for luggage in our room, decided to go to Lobby to find BellHop area to inquire of luggage. The attendant present stated, we didn't have your ticket to send luggage to your room. I left them the green ticket given to me by the valet attendant. Poor communication, with additional steps required by a new customer. Why? Luggage arrived within 10 minutes, after returning back to room. Not a way to start your first time experience on Disney properties (The Dolphin). Shared comments on checking out at Front Desk, did receive apology, but no concession on paying for valet services which were not necessary. Parking for new arrivals, who paid in advance, should be planned, accordingly. Unlikely to return to Disney Properties nor purchasing a renewal Annual Pass. Unhappy Disney Supporters"

"Came all the way from Toronto on Sep 22nd at around 2100 hours. Was really exhausted, the front desk staff was so nice and helpful My wife was requesting a quiet room, the staff managed to accommodate our request. 5 star service. Absolutely my first option if i come to Orlando again in the future."
