The staff was great but the place was horrible, nasty and scary. Holes on the wall, Barely any hot water, ac was not working that well, tv without signal or chanel, lighting was like a scary movie, plug in broken and I think one of them was fake with just the wall plate, people standing outside just hanging out. Overall the room just need 110% remodel. However we survive.

Comfortable and quiet

I was nervous as I am a woman who was traveling alone but the ladies at the front desk were so nice and made me feel comfortable. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I was there was a microwave but everything was very nice. Quiet environment so I was able to sleep. I had no issues and was able to have a nice relaxing time.

While the staff was kind and waiting for me to check in when my flight was delayed the room was horrible and I felt unsafe for my entire stay. The deadbolt on the door was removed. The room was extremely dirty, the bed had black marks and other stains all over the sheets and pillows. There were dead bugs smashed into the ceiling and the bathroom was disgusting and looked like it had not been cleaned in some time.

Front desk lady (Becky - I believe) was get nice and helpful. The room had a safe but was not anchored to anything so you can put your valuables in the same but someone can take the safe itself ... So we didn't put anything in the safe. It needs to be anchored. Would have been nice to have 2 pillows per bed or at least a larger pillow. The tiny pillow was not enough. So, not much to write account the room but the staff was very nice.

The hotel is under re-construction; there was no microwave and Refrigerator, the smoke alarm was not installed, bath towels and was cloth was inadequate. N ventilator in bathroom. The is not ready to accommodate guest

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever seen. It was so bad we didn’t even stay the night, roaches and bugs covered the room, bathroom was filthy, roaches in the refrigerator, on the bed, all over the walls. I have pictures if anyone needs proof

If I could give a zero star review I would. I genuinely felt unsafe staying here. There was dirty men’s underwear in the bathtub as we checked in, the toilet didn’t work, there were roaches everywhere, the sheets were stained and cigarette burned, and the staff provided little to no help. A random man who was obviously not sober tried walking into our room as well as we had the door open waiting for housekeeping to come back (it was open for less than 5 minutes). My partner and I were so scared for both our physical safety and our health and well being that we ended up just booking a new hotel (the Days Inn nearby which was great). The staff offered no help with refunds or discounts, which definitely should have been provided given the multiple health and safety issues there. I genuinely don’t know how this place is still open or up to code. Do not stay here - the price is not worth the risk.

Get what you pay for.

This hotel room was meh. I stayed here when I was in Orlando recently for a concert for 2 nights . The good things were it was clean, the a/c worked well and the bed was comfortable. There was no microwave in the room but there was a mini fridge which I had to move to another outlet for it to work. The tv did not work so they took the batteries out of the remote. I got there around 3;30pm and the lobby door was locked. It took a few minutes for someone to see me and 2 other women waiting for someone to emerge from a back room area. The staff I interacted with were friendly.

I arrived with no one on the property, the doors locked, and a sign stating "sold out" when I had already booked the room. I had 2 small children with me and there were groups of what looked like gangs in the parking lot. I called and the staff stated the hotel was overbooked by Expedia and there was nothing they could do. It took me weeks to get my money back even though I never stayed.

This hotel first of all is NOT a hotel, it is a motel. It was in what felt like a very unsafe area. There were homeless people walking around the property. The rooms were extremely dirty, there was dirt on the floor, the bed had stains on it, I did not even dare look in the bathroom. I checked in and immediately left becuase of how bad this place was. This place should be $20 MAX per night...

TALES FROM THE HOOD pt.2

It’s not someplace I’d ever stay again. The receptionist were kind and courteous, but the place is a “HOOD” as “HOOD CAN GET” you name it, it happened right in front of my door. It’s a very dangerous place, and it was recommended by hotel.com supervisor Luis Leon after I requested to be moved from another motel that was falling down more than it was being “remodeled” the Oyo down the street from here. I was uncomfortable the entire night and worried about my safety and my vehicle.

Absolutely disgusting, this was a terrible hotel. You walk in it’s nothing but a blast of cigarette smoke. There’s cigarette holes on the sheets, 4 holes punched in the door, there was people fighting and crying all morning. People outside just smoking, making noise, it’s isolated, dangerous and looks like a drug, or prostitution operation. Please don’t book and it was 100 .
